That, to me, is what's so appealing about both the blues and Jack's music, and possibly what draws him to the blues. The search for truth, for authenticity, cannot be easy. If it were, it'd be less profound, less meaningful. <br /><br />And you make an excellent point that it's necessary to create whatever persona will get that message across.
